TYPE OF INFORMATION PROCESSED AND WHY IT IS PROCESSED
During normal use, the information systems and software procedures required to make this website function acquire some personal data that is then implicitly transmitted when using internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified users but, because of its nature, may allow users to be identified by processing and associating the data with information held by third parties. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by the users who visit our website, the URI addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the feedback file, the number code indicating the server reply status (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the user’s operating and computer systems. The sole purpose of this data is to collect anonymous statistical information on how the website is used and to make sure it functions correctly. It is cancelled straight after it has been processed. This information may be used to determine responsibilities in the event of hypothetical cyber crimes committed against the website. In all other cases, the data collected about website contacts is never stored for more than seven days.
Data supplied voluntarily by users/visitors.
If the users/visitors of this website send us their personal data to access specific services or to make requests by email, Convivio srl Unipersonale will enter in possession of their email addresses and/or of other personal data which will only be processed to meet this specific request, i.e. to provide the service required. The personal data supplied by users/visitors will only be communicated to third parties if this is strictly necessary to satisfy the requests of the former.
Cookies are not used to transmit personal information; moreover, no so-called persistent cookies – i.e. user tracking systems - of any kind are used by us. The use of so-called session cookies (which are not persistently stored on the user’s computer and disappear when you close your browser) is strictly limited to transmitting the session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) required to allow safe and efficient website browsing. This website uses so-called session cookies to avoid having to employ other data processing techniques that could be detrimental to the privacy of the user’s browsing habits. Session cookies do not allow any of the user’s personal identity data to be collected.
Data processing methods.
Personal data is processed using automatic tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes it has been collected for. Specific safety measures are adopted to prevent loss of, unlawful or improper use of, and unauthorised access to, personal data.
Opting to provide personal data.
With the exception of browsing data, users/visitors are free to decide whether to provide their personal data or not. The only consequence of failing to supply such information may be the impossibility of obtaining the requested service.
Place where data is processed.
The personal data related to the abovementioned website is processed at the Convivio srl Unipersonale company headquarters in Viale de la Comina 27/D – 33170 Pordenone, at the Data Controller’s headquarters and/or at the hosting company’s and/or website management company’s headquarters. Processing is performed exclusively by the I.T. personnel of the data processing department or by occasional maintenance personnel. None of the data collected for the website service is communicated or divulgated. Personal data supplied by users to request informative material is used exclusively to provide the requested service or performance and will be communicated to third parties only if strictly necessary to achieve this purpose.
